Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Farhop. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends or it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the Profile tab, tap Farhop Pro, then Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Pro screen. Pro belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, not to your Farhop account, so make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account on the device.
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves, though we are happy to help you work out what happened.
Import works from the date and location metadata attached to your photos. Photos taken with location turned off, screenshots, and images saved from other apps usually carry no location, so Farhop cannot place them. You can always add those places by hand, and you can rename or move any place Farhop guessed wrong.
Profile tab, account section. It deletes your profile, trips, check-ins and stats, and revokes the Sign in with Apple token. It is immediate and cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want to keep it. Export is in the same place.
